My work is choreographic and is influenced by interests in landscape, architecture, somatic awareness. Recent works..: Bird (2007), a duet co-choreographed and performed with Lucy Cash in response to the tactile architecture of a space in Hackney, London and folk dance (2008), a performance installation for between one and five people, developed through a residency with La Caldera in Barcelona.

I have worked with Artsadmin as artists’ advisor since 2004, leading on a range of projects including the bursary scheme, Balloon (with Michael Atavar) and co-curating the film & video programme (with Frances Scott and Mark Godber) during Artsadmin’s Summer Season 2007. I studied at Birkbeck College, London (Advanced Dip in Performance) and at Manchester University (History BA) and have lectured at Birkbeck and Hackney Community College.
